Esoteric program to record paranormal voices.

As you may or may not already know, EVPMaker 2.1 is a free esoteric acoustic material program to record paranormal voices, also known as Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP).

To attain this, this EVPMaker 2.1 program divides each voice recording into short segments and later replays them in random order.

The result is gibberish, although it sounds like discourse, but you can't understand it, and of course is perfect as background noise for EVP recordings. Also, the program can be used to generate special acoustic sounds or musical effects.

Although this EVPMaker 2.1 program functions well with software-generated pseudo random numbers, it might be advantageous to use "true" random numbers. On the author's website there is an article which shows how you can build a simple hardware random bit generator for EVPmaker. It is also very easy to download, install and then use, through its friendly and intuitive user interface. You don't need any technical experience at all to get the most out of it.
